The Role
We are in search of a passionate professional dedicated to fostering continuous improvement within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to promote our quality culture across all teams, emphasizing a continuous improvement mindset driven by metrics and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess processes in alignment with organizational policies, quality standards, and OKRs.
- Equip software engineers and developers with essential tools to meet quality requirements.
- Develop and update dashboards and reports.
- Provide Project, Team, and Area Managers with tools to monitor project execution and compliance.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Evaluate improvement proposals.
- Investigate non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Review audit findings and define actionable follow-up steps.
Success Metrics
