What You Will BringFamiliarity with ISO9001 Requirements. Strong enthusiasm for quality, continuous improvement, and data analytics. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient spoken and written English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)Understanding of ISO27001 Requirements and Controls, and CMMI Model. ISO9001 Auditor certification. Experience conducting audits. Knowledge of PowerBI or other data analysis/dashboard tools.

The Role
We are in search of a passionate professional dedicated to fostering continuous improvement within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to promote our quality culture across all teams, emphasizing a continuous improvement mindset driven by metrics and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess processes in alignment with organizational policies, quality standards, and OKRs.
  • Equip software engineers and developers with essential tools to meet quality requirements.
  • Develop and update dashboards and reports.
  • Provide Project, Team, and Area Managers with tools to monitor project execution and compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Evaluate improvement proposals.
  • Investigate non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review audit findings and define actionable follow-up steps.


Success Metrics

Within your first year, you can expect to:

  • Conduct internal audits on various projects and processes.
  • Support all teams across the organization.
  • Revise existing dashboards and create new ones.
  • Enhance tools and processes.
