The Role
To scale our creative output effectively, we need a dedicated in-house Performance Creative Producer who:
Manages the production calendar
Ensures high-quality standards
Acts swiftly and efficiently
Maintains budget constraints
Delivers creative content at scale
You will be the backbone of our creative team’s execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Complete Performance Creative Production
Create high-volume paid creative assets (video, motion graphics, static images, UGC-style content, product demonstrations)
Oversee the entire production process from briefing through to shooting, editing, localization, and launch
Adapt assets for various market needs
2. Operational Excellence
Design and implement the production system: including timelines, workflows, tools, and rituals
Ensure quality control throughout the process
