Join our dynamic team as a Per Diem Pharmacist at PharmaCann in the Bronx, where your expertise will enhance patient experiences while driving our revenue goals. As a registered pharmacist, you will assist the General Manager in fostering the growth of our dispensary staff and ensuring adherence to all inventory, security, and operational protocols. We are seeking a sales-driven individual who is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of medical cannabis and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations:

  • Boost retail sales and patient retention strategies.

  • Uphold all operational standards within the dispensary.

  • Ensure on-site inventory standards are meticulously maintained.

  • Efficiently operate POS and related systems.

  • Guarantee compliance with all organizational policies and applicable federal and state regulations.

  • Maintain a secure and clean environment for both patients and staff.

  • Safeguard patient confidentiality at all times.

Patient Care:

  • Establish superior customer service standards through training and product knowledge.

  • Support patients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

  • Resolve patient-related issues in alignment with company policy.

  • Foster a positive experience for all patients.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee patient interactions and provide clinical support.

  • Work alongside practitioners to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Champion PharmaCann's customer service culture.

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of cannabis forms, dosing, interactions, and side effects.

  • Assess the effectiveness of various strains, potencies, and delivery methods.

  • Recommend appropriate dosing based on individual patient conditions.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance processes.

  • Ensure workplace safety for employees and provide necessary support for any injuries.

  • Supervise delivery operations and provide clinical guidance.

  • Project a positive image of PharmaCann to employees, customers, and the broader community.
