Role Overview: People Operations Specialist
The People Operations Specialist will support HR and recruitment activities at Air Apps. This role ensures smooth people operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and daily support. The position is key to maintaining an organized, compliant, and employee-focused workplace.
- Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office (relocation assistance available).
- Work closely with teams across the company in a collaborative setting.
What You Will Do
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Support daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
- Answer employee questions and explain HR policies clearly and thoughtfully.
- Help with internal HR projects, such as company programs and team communications.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure compliance.
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Manage the recruitment cycle: post jobs, source candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to track progress, share candidate updates, and keep the hiring process moving forward.
