In the role of People Operations & Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the organization. This vital position is crafted for a highly organized individual who excels in execution and operational efficiency rather than abstract strategic planning. You will serve as the connective tissue for the team, providing exceptional support to the Founder and being a reliable resource for all employees.

The perfect candidate derives real satisfaction from completing tasks, whether that means ensuring flawless payroll processing, coordinating exceptional team off-site events, or proactively addressing internal logistics before they escalate to leadership intervention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Founder Support & Administration: Act as the primary liaison for administrative duties, expense management, and office logistics to keep leadership focused on strategic objectives.
  • Payroll & Financial Operations: Oversee all aspects of monthly payroll and benefits administration, managing expenses, and maintaining the organization's financial integrity regarding employee matters.
  • Employee Relations: Be a trusted and approachable resource for the team. Address employee inquiries and HR-related issues with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Event & Culture Coordination: Organize and execute impactful team off-site and on-site events. Handle all travel logistics and catering to cultivate a vibrant culture both in-person and remotely.
  • HR Generalist Responsibilities: Manage the essential functions of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and ensuring accurate internal documentation.
