Your Role
Comprehensive Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to offboarding, ensuring a streamlined and engaging employee experience through initiatives like Sierra 101 & 102.
Process Optimization: Innovate and enhance People processes, contributing to the creation of our People playbook while continuously refining operations to align with Sierra's growth trajectory.
Performance Enhancement: Design and implement performance management frameworks that foster talent development and effective evaluations.
Employee Engagement Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, including surveys, knowledge repositories, and learning & development programs.
HR Systems Management: Oversee HR systems (currently utilizing Rippling with plans for transition) and develop operational dashboards to monitor key People metrics, while planning for future system enhancements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and practices adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
