The Role
We are seeking our inaugural People Operations team member at Rogo to assist in the planning, execution, and continuous management of our essential People programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish the foundation of our employee experience as we scale, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Initially, this role will report to the Chief of Staff, with plans to transition to a Head of People in the near future.
Your Responsibilities
People Programs & Processes
New Hire Onboarding: Lead and refine our onboarding process, emphasizing personalization, clarity, and scalability to ensure new hires are set up for success and internal tasks are executed efficiently.
Performance Review Cycles: Spearhead the implementation of performance review cycles, designing them for effectiveness and scalability, ensuring deadlines are adhered to, and providing team members with necessary guidance and resources.
Surveys: Oversee the delivery and communication of engagement surveys; an ability to interpret results and derive insights is advantageous.
People Tools & Systems: Manage our HR technology stack, currently centered around Rippling PEO. Support the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of People systems, automations, and integrations.
People Data Management: Develop and oversee workflows for tracking personnel changes throughout the year – promotions, role changes, offboarding, etc. – ensuring our systems and processes are consistently up-to-date and accurate.
