We build trust through Crunch, a policy-driven health layer that ensures large tabular datasets remain efficient, reliable, and reversible. On this robust foundation, we are creating Large Tabular Models—advanced systems that learn cross-column and relational structures to provide trustworthy answers and automation, all while maintaining provenance and governance.
THE ROLE:
This is not just a standard People Operations role; it's your chance to develop the operational framework for a rapidly scaling company. As Granica transitions from a high-performing startup to a generational company, you will be instrumental in designing the systems, programs, and culture that will drive our success.
You will oversee the entire employee experience—from onboarding and operations to engagement and development—acting as the connective tissue that empowers every team member (referred to as "Ninjas") to excel in their roles. You will be both the architect and builder: strategic enough to plan for scalability while being hands-on enough to engage in daily operations.
This is a high-impact, in-office position located in Mountain View, where you will blend tactical execution with strategic influence as we grow from approximately 40 to 80 employees across various locations. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure our people programs are not only compliant and efficient but also reflect our core values of ownership, curiosity, and excellence.
