What You’ll DoManage the employee lifecycle: Oversee onboarding, contract management, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and offboarding processes. Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on inquiries related to people operations, policies, and processes. Ensure compliance with German labor laws while supporting operations in other locations. Collaborate with Finance and Legal on employment changes, vendor management, and updates to policies. Maintain HR systems and data integrity (including HRIS accuracy, benefits management, and leave tracking). Coordinate payroll processes in partnership with our external providers.

About the Role

As a People Operations Generalist at Synthflow, you will take full ownership of our people processes, ensuring seamless management from onboarding through offboarding, while maintaining compliance and efficiency. You will be the go-to expert for everything related to People Ops, balancing hands-on execution with process improvement and automation.

Although your primary focus will be on our European operations, your contributions will also strengthen our globally distributed teams. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Leadership to ensure that our people operations scale with our growth, remaining compliant and centered around employee well-being.
