Role Responsibilities
This position is an integral part of our People and Culture team, reporting to the People Experience & Delivery Lead in London. You will collaborate closely with the P&C Partnering team and Centers of Excellence.
Duties Include:
- Providing proactive coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on P&C policies, processes, and best practices related to performance management, employee development, and lifecycle processes.
- Advising leaders on addressing specific team challenges, such as retention or wellbeing issues and interpersonal conflicts.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of scalable solutions that enhance manager capabilities.
- Executing and overseeing P&C initiatives and cyclical processes while working with cross-functional teams.
- Partnering with P&C colleagues to support unit-specific organizational efforts, including restructuring and large-scale changes.
