Qualifications and Requirements:Proven experience in an HR advisory or support role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Relevant HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) is a plus.

Your Role at Veezu:

As a People Advisor, you will play a crucial role within our People Team, delivering expert HR guidance and support to colleagues across various departments.

Reporting directly to a Senior People Partner or People Partner, you will engage with a diverse array of People functions and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring adherence to UK employment legislation and best practices while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for People-related inquiries within your designated regions, offering insights on policies, procedures, and employment law.

  • Assist the People Coordinator in managing and resolving People-related queries via the People Ticket System, ensuring timely support with the backing of People Partners.

  • Aid stakeholders in the acquisition and integration of new businesses into the Veezu Group as required.

  • Support managers in addressing employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions, pending Senior Management approval.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of People policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction.

  • Provide essential support for People-related projects, including organizational restructures and change management initiatives, in collaboration with People Partners and other stakeholders.

  • Offer guidance to the People Coordinator on lower-level employee relations concerns, acting as an initial escalation point.

  • Engage with the HRIS system as an administrator, assisting the People Coordinator in maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting the People onboarding induction and serving as a contact for inquiries.
