This 3-month fixed-term People Advisor role at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty focuses on supporting employees at the London Magic Office. The position centers on employee relations, policy guidance, and partnering with managers to ensure a positive workplace experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, offering guidance to both employees and managers in line with current legislation, best practices, and company policies.
- Advise and coach managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including topics such as family leave, probation, performance management, absence, salary, and promotions.
- Work closely with the wider People team to ensure consistent support and communication.
- Proactively manage absence and long-term sickness cases, following established processes and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Balance legal risk, employee experience, and commercial needs when advising on employee relations, aiming for fair and business-aligned outcomes.
- Interpret employment legislation to help develop and review policies and procedures, keeping them up to date.
- Collaborate with Senior People Partners on quarterly data reviews to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for proactive planning.
- Monitor engagement levels and help implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction.
