Your Ideal Profile
We are on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in India, specifically focusing on EMEA payroll operations and navigating the intricacies of multi-country payroll systems. This role is integral to supporting our global client service team with payroll administration and promoting best practices.
This position requires a dynamic and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Initially, your focus will be on the EMEA region, with opportunities to broaden your expertise into other regions as you grow.
This position reports to the Director of Payroll, APAC.
Your Contributions
Manage weekly and monthly payroll processes for EOR, addressing employee inquiries, conducting audits, generating reports, and handling new entity projects.
Primarily focus on payroll processing for the EMEA region.
Work collaboratively with external vendors and internal finance departments to coordinate payroll activities.
Guarantee accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and pay rate adjustments.
Prepare payroll inputs for MSPs/ICPs, review outputs, audit results, perform reasonability checks, and adhere to payroll calendars rigorously.
Implement and adhere to SOX controls.
Maintain accurate payroll records and reports, entering data into databases and spreadsheets.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.
