Encora seeks a Payroll Integration Lead based in Singapore to guide complex payroll integrations and transformation projects across the APAC region. This position centers on managing diverse payroll systems, ensuring both compliance and operational efficiency for multiple countries.
Role overview
The Payroll Integration Lead will drive the implementation and integration of payroll systems in countries including Singapore, Australia, and India. This role involves overseeing compliance with regional payroll laws, designing and managing Workday integrations, and coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors. The position requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience with payroll technology and project delivery.
What you will do
- Lead regional payroll system implementations and integrations across APAC.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and statutory requirements in multiple countries.
- Design and manage Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, APIs, and Connectors.
- Own project planning, timeline management, risk assessment, and governance for payroll workstreams.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth project execution.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday Payroll, advising on integration best practices and data flow.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience with payroll systems and HR integrations.
- Strong background in APAC regional payroll, especially within Banking or Large Financial Institutions.
- Hands-on expertise in Workday integrations: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Proven project management skills and a record of delivering complex programs.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
