Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of the national buying process, designing branded content, tracking detailed audience metrics, negotiating strategically, and coordinating tactical schedules.
- Implement data-driven and addressable TV and video campaigns as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and work closely with the media planning team to formulate strategies and tailor enhancements.
- Seek candidates who possess experience with external agencies or demonstrate an eagerness to manage partner agencies.
- Possess a creative mindset along with strong business acumen.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor, train, and supervise junior team members.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with client objectives and assess primary metrics for optimal KPI returns, utilizing past and projected campaign data to substantiate media recommendations.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with media vendors.
- Conduct research and provide insights on trends, innovations, and developments affecting media buying.
- Capable of presenting effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Maintain robust client relationships through regular participation in client-agency meetings.
- Lead the team in formulating strategic buys that fulfill client objectives and achieve goals.
- Ensure effective delegation and workflow management for all projects within the team.
- Support and contribute to MAGNA agency-wide media partnership targets, ensuring cost-effective benefits for clients.
