Responsibilities:Partner Growth & Revenue Management: Oversee a portfolio of partners and cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Maintain a thorough understanding of partner organizational structures, incentives, and sales processes. Drive referral and revenue growth through consistent engagement with partner account executives and leadership. Conduct in-person visits and training sessions to enhance product awareness and deal flow. Partner Enablement: Provide partner training, product demos, and refreshers to ensure partner sales teams understand how and when to recommend our services. Create and manage scalable partner enablement materials, playbooks, and communications. Operational Excellence: Lead quarterly business reviews and partner planning sessions; monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Manage co-marketing requests and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution. Optimize internal processes around partner onboarding, workflows, referral submissions, and deal tracking. Strategic Expansion: Identify opportunities for deeper integrations, embedded workflows, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Work with Product and Sales teams to articulate value propositions and shape the embedded partnership strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in expanding revenue through our existing partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with strategic partners, enhancing sales enablement, boosting referral volumes, and establishing effective frameworks for co-selling, co-marketing, and integration with our partners.

This role reports directly to the Director of Partnerships and collaborates closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
