Role Overview: Partnerships Manager (London)
The Partnerships Manager will help accelerate the adoption of Axle Energy's solutions by supporting partners as they implement flexibility into their offerings. This role focuses on making partner onboarding and process adaptation smooth, avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
Success in this position directly supports Axle Energy’s growth in the B2B2C space, helping partners onboard efficiently and scale their impact. The role is client-facing and combines commercial focus with technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with partners.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation for new and existing partners.
- Drive initiatives to expand and deepen partner accounts.
What You'll Do
- Guide partners from onboarding through account expansion, ensuring they gain full value from Axle Energy’s products.
- Share market insights on user propositions, communications, and positioning.
- Maintain ongoing relationships after implementation, looking for ways to improve and deepen engagement.
- Act as a bridge between partners and engineering teams, setting up feedback loops to inform product improvements.
- Develop scalable processes and products for a range of customer segments.
- Use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes for partners.
