We are in search of a highly skilled and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead the development of new partnerships in key digital-first and tech-savvy sectors. In this hands-on position, you will work closely with the Cardless business development, product, and engineering teams, along with other cross-functional collaborators, to identify and secure new partnership opportunities. You will be tasked with building a robust pipeline of digital and AI-driven opportunities while managing the complete sales process, from lead sourcing to contract negotiations. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and design teams to influence the future product and feature roadmap for Cardless, playing a pivotal role in driving significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify, prioritize, and secure strategic partnerships across target verticals such as Digital Marketplaces, E-commerce Platforms, AI, and Digital Currencies.
End-to-End Partnership Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification and qualification through to negotiation, contract execution, and successful activation and implementation.
Tech-Forward Go-To-Market: Utilize your expertise in technology and AI/data-driven sales to effectively present the Cardless product and solutions to prospects, engaging key decision-makers and influencers from engineering, data analytics, and other technical roles.
Sales Tools and Enablement: Collaborate with design and product teams to create product demonstrations, sales materials, and working prototypes to support the business development process.
Market Expertise and Insights: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the payments, data, and fintech landscape, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within target verticals. Use this insight to guide partnership strategies and discover innovative collaboration models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integration, activation, and sustained success of partnerships.
Executive Communication: Communicate partnership successes and strategies effectively to executive stakeholders.
