What you’ll do:Lead the complete sales cycle for Inductive’s software and services, ensuring revenue growth and a consultative experience from initial outreach to closing deals. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, proactive outreach, and participation in industry conferences and events. Work collaboratively with internal experts to create tailored solutions that address customer needs while enhancing our scientific credibility. Manage and nurture key accounts to drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the sales playbook, tools, and collateral to enhance customer experience and optimize business outcomes. Represent Inductive at key conferences, events, and client meetings. Who you are:5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the life sciences sector, with a proven track record of success selling to scientific and technical audiences. Deep understanding of the drug discovery process for small molecules, particularly lead optimization. PhD or MS in chemistry, with a strong preference for candidates focused on medicinal or organic chemistry. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences.
