What you will do:Account Ownership: Manage onboarding and activation of accounts; track adoption across assigned accounts and address obstacles to scientific success. Project Management: Oversee project management and execution across accounts to ensure accountability from both internal stakeholders and customers, while effectively capturing feedback, escalating risks, and driving timely solutions. Cross-Collaboration: Work alongside product and ML engineers to provide ongoing, impactful support to customers, and coordinate with sales on renewal and expansion opportunities. Develop Scalable Processes: Contribute to the development of scalable processes and playbooks to enhance onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and customer experience as the team expands. Who you are:2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role involving complex products or services (e.g., customer success or consulting in biotech, health tech, scientific software, life sciences). Possess scientific literacy to confidently engage with stakeholders (e.g., background in life sciences or relevant experience). Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.

As the inaugural Partner Success hire at Inductive Bio, you will work closely with drug discovery teams to help them maximize the value they receive from our AI-driven platform. You will guide customers through onboarding and adoption, positioning yourself as a trusted partner who aids them in achieving scientific breakthroughs. Your contributions will be vital in strengthening our customer relationships and optimizing our scalable impact delivery.
