As a Partner Success Manager, you will act as both a strategic advisor and an enthusiastic champion for Clasp’s employer partners. This role requires a blend of in-depth knowledge of our creative initiatives and effective communication skills to foster excitement, strengthen alignment, and drive long-term growth. You will manage a portfolio of partners, diving deep into the nuances of our work, probing into partner goals, and facilitating conversations that uncover expansion opportunities. Collaborating closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and Talent Fulfillment teams, you will ensure Clasp’s creativity shines, leading to measurable impact for our partners.
