Role Overview

As a Partner Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in demonstrating the value of the Orgvue platform to our consulting partner teams. You will engage with partners to execute the functional, technical, and business value elements of our engagement strategy. Your responsibilities will include crafting tailored solutions, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and fostering technical and subject matter expert relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass three primary areas:

1. Partner Sales Demonstrations

  • Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations for partner sales and account teams, showcasing the platform's value and capabilities, including unique intellectual property developed through our partnerships.
  • Customize demonstrations to meet partner needs and use cases, illustrating how Orgvue addresses specific challenges and delivers measurable results aligned with the partner's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the partner sales team to deepen existing relationships through compelling product demonstrations, generating interest from the partner's field teams.
  • Create specialized datasets to support demonstrations and solutions tailored to specific industries or offerings (e.g., IT function for cloud transformation, Medical Affairs for Pharma).

2. Partner Solution Development & Enhancement

  • Work closely with partners to understand their go-to-market offerings, technical sales and delivery requirements, and the most effective methods for showcasing and delivering unique IP, workflows, and capabilities in Orgvue.
  • Collaborate with both the partner and Orgvue account team to design and customize solutions that align with the partner's specific use cases and objectives, ensuring maximum value from the platform.
  • Coordinate with the Product team to assist in customization or complex technical requirements (e.g., AI capabilities configuration).
  • Partner with regional Principal Solution Consultant and Partner Sales team to prioritize and manage the inventory of solutions for partner accounts, ensuring new content and solutions are effectively communicated.
