About the Team
This role is an integral part of the ANZ Partner Presales team, a division of the Office of the Field CTO, located in Sydney or Melbourne, supporting our partners throughout Australia and New Zealand.
As a key member of the global Partner Presales team, you will collaborate closely with Regional Alliances Managers (RAM), leadership, presales field teams, product teams, engineering, and global partner networks. Your focus will be on empowering partners to develop unique offerings, enhance partner performance, and facilitate the growth of scalable and profitable Okta practices.
The Role
As a Partner Solution Architect, you will serve as a senior technologist and trusted advisor, engaging directly with partners. Your blend of deep technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills will enable you to influence partners, customers, and internal stakeholders effectively.
You will engage hands-on with partners to create architectural designs, develop blueprints for service practices, construct proof-of-concept solutions, instill technical confidence regarding product features, and facilitate technical victories for our partners. Your approach will always center on aligning with customer business needs, ensuring that partner and customer decisions today are in sync with long-term architectural and business strategies.
At the Principal level, this role will expand your scope, autonomy, and strategic influence, shaping partner strategies, driving pipeline growth, and promoting long-term platform adoption on a larger scale.
*This position requires in-person onboarding and travel to our San Francisco, CA headquarters during the first week of employment.
