The Partner Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing collaborative sales initiatives with partners to enhance Seeq's visibility and cultivate a robust sales pipeline. Success in this position hinges on exceptional relationship management, program oversight, process optimization, data analytics, and daily operational execution. This role necessitates close collaboration with marketing, account management, partner relations, and sales teams, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support for Cloud Partner Programs
- Assist in managing AWS and Microsoft partnership programs, ensuring compliance with technical and business criteria while monitoring partnership benefits in tandem with senior colleagues.
- Lead Registration and Co-Selling Coordination
- Oversee daily lead registration and co-sell operations within cloud provider platforms, including general lead management and initial sales outreach with cloud sellers, Seeq sales executives, and account managers, while effectively escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Cloud Marketplace Management
- Facilitate cloud marketplace transactions, revenue tracking, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and prompt updates.
- Training and Readiness for Partners
- Coordinate training and readiness initiatives for Seeq's Value Added Reseller (VAR) and service partners, overseeing scheduling, communications, and participation tracking.
- Support for VAR Partner Management
- Assist in VAR partner management, including contract coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain tracking and reporting on partner performance against assigned account lists.
- Coordinate lead distribution to partners and monitor reporting on outcomes.
- Co-Selling Activities and Partner Communications
- Organize Seeq's involvement in partner co-sell activities and regular communication channels with partners (e.g., newsletters, win wires).
- Execution of Demand Generation Campaigns
- Implement demand generation campaigns through VARs and cloud partners, guided by marketing and sales leadership, ensuring timely and precise execution of outlined strategies.
- Process Improvement and Automation Initiatives
- Identify and propose enhancements in processes and automation to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of partner and cloud programs.
- Performance Reporting and KPIs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that evaluate the success of partner and cloud programs; contribute insights for target setting and program refinement.
