Role Overview
The Partner Engagement Manager strengthens the operations of the Professional Services Partner Program and Team. This position manages both Professional Services and Expert Services, and works to improve processes for the Partner Program. The role reports to the Director of Professional Services Partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Oversee management of Professional Services and Expert Services activities within the partner program
- Develop and implement process efficiencies to support the Partner Program
- Establish a steady cadence for internal and external Professional Services Partnership activities
- Centralize control and design processes that serve a range of internal stakeholders
- Streamline partner onboarding and uphold high standards for service delivery
- Build the operational foundation that enables partners to succeed and expand OpenGov’s capabilities through strategic partnerships

This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, or remote within the United States.
