Role Overview
The Partner Enablement Manager leads training, certification, and ongoing support for OpenGov's Delivery and Implementation Partners. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services Partnerships, this role shapes the enablement strategy, curates learning content, and delivers training through webinars and hands-on sessions. The position works closely with partners and internal teams in professional services, sales enablement, product management, and marketing. The role is based in Atlanta or Chicago, with preference for Chicago-based candidates.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan, certification frameworks, and ongoing learning paths to keep partners current with product updates.
- Create and maintain a library of partner-facing resources, such as case studies, technical documentation, and co-branded materials for RFX responses.
- Lead training sessions through webinars, workshops, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to accelerate partner readiness.
- Define and track KPIs, monitor partner engagement, analyze certification rates, and use data to identify challenges and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partner enablement efforts are aligned and effective.
Location
This position is based in Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL. Preference is given to candidates in Chicago.
