The Role:

As a Part-time Retail Stylist at Mejuri, you will play an integral role in curating an exceptional and personalized shopping experience. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will connect customers with jewelry pieces that resonate with their personal style and life moments, reflecting Mejuri’s core values of excellence and authenticity.

You will foster a warm and inviting environment, empowering customers to make confident choices. With your extensive product knowledge and passion for storytelling, you will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also contribute to key performance metrics such as sales and conversion rates.

Customer Engagement:

  • Leadership: Set an example by ensuring a high-quality in-store customer experience through effective communication and adherence to Mejuri’s sales strategies.
  • Service Promotion: Enhance customer experience by promoting services like piercing and engraving.
  • Performance Indicators: Focus on achieving OPH, SPH, and maintaining a customer satisfaction score (NPS) of 85% or higher.

Operational Support:

  • Order Fulfillment: Assist with back-of-house operations as necessary to support in-store and phone sales, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
