RequirementsProven experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder, or Assistant Manager. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, as well as Omni-channel POS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in the store. Flexible schedule availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Part-Time: Hours may vary.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales and Client Engagement

  • Lead by example to achieve and exceed both personal and store sales goals.
  • Engage proactively with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored styling solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective clienteling and diligent follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, maximizing each transaction.
  • Utilize extensive product knowledge to communicate value effectively and boost conversions.

Lead the Sales Floor

  • Motivate and inspire associates to embrace high-performance selling behaviors.
  • Foster a dynamic, energetic, and results-oriented sales culture.
  • Provide real-time coaching to enhance selling techniques and client interactions.
  • Implement UNTUCKit University training and promote daily performance discussions.

Ensure Operational Excellence

  • Open and close the store with accountability for performance and standards.
  • Maintain an appealing and sales-focused store environment.
  • Organize stockroom operations to enhance selling efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights based on customer feedback and sales trends.
