Your Role and Contribution
We are currently seeking a Paid Social Manager within our Media Management & Delivery team to lead the activation, management, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring excellence in processes and providing strategic support to agencies and internal teams.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the complete cycle of Paid Social campaigns: from strategy and planning to activation, optimization, and reporting results.
- Collaborate closely with the agency, acting as a key contact point to ensure excellent and proactive service.
- Maintain direct and fluid communication with clients to understand and adapt to their needs.
- Implement and ensure compliance with internal company processes from activation to billing.
- Effectively resolve any issues that arise during the process, in collaboration with the agency.
- Provide strategic support and training to agencies and internal teams on best practices in Paid Social.
