Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and motivating Account Executives, driving execution, and defining the enterprise sales strategy at Elicit.Your ResponsibilitiesRecruit, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives to establish a high-performing enterprise sales function from inception.Oversee the entire process of executing large enterprise deals, closing strategic accounts, and mentoring your team to achieve similar successes.Manage forecasting, pipeline, and operations to ensure predictable revenue streams and actionable insights for leadership.Enhance systems and processes, including territory design, deal review schedules, and a replicable enterprise sales playbook.Identify and prioritize opportunities, converting market and customer insights into strategic actions.Promote a culture of development, fostering growth and skill enhancement within your team.Ideal Candidate Profile10+ years of experience in large enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.Proven track record in selling to life sciences and research-oriented organizations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
