Key Responsibilities:Develop, launch, and oversee outbound cadences in Gong Engage, ensuring campaigns are operational, accurate, and embraced by teams. Implement targeted outbound campaigns for strategic accounts, engaging directly with prospects to validate messaging and enhance performance. Facilitate the integration of signal-based targeting and messaging into scalable outbound strategies and campaigns. Utilize outbound tools and workflows (e.g., Gong Engage, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Cognism) to ensure data integrity, consistent usage, and optimization. Assist in identifying stakeholders and buying groups within key accounts to enhance account-based engagement. Monitor campaign metrics (activity, meetings, conversion rates) and report results, pinpointing areas for enhancement. Collaborate with sales representatives on outbound execution, ensuring uniformity in the use of tools, cadences, and messaging across teams. Provide actionable feedback and insights based on campaign results to refine outbound strategies, workflows, and nurturing techniques. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications:A few years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), outbound campaign execution, or similar growth-focused roles within a B2B context. Hands-on experience in executing outbound campaigns and engaging directly with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Proficient understanding of outbound tools and workflows including Gong Engage, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Cognism, or comparable platforms. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously. A basic understanding of commercial dynamics, with a focus on enhancing outreach effectiveness.

Hootsuite is hiring an Outbound Operations Specialist in London. This hybrid role supports the Enterprise UKI and EU teams by helping to build and refine outbound sales efforts. The position works closely with both Sales and Marketing to run and improve outbound campaigns, always aiming for strong adoption and measurable results that fit Hootsuite’s signal-led targeting approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to plan, execute, and fine-tune outbound campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimization
  • Ensure outbound efforts align with Hootsuite’s targeting strategies
  • Contribute to growth projects and outbound process improvements

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Outbound Strategy Director.

Travel

Some travel may be required, up to 10 percent, for events and visits to other Hootsuite offices.
