Qualifications:2 to 4 years of experience managing brand social media channels, showcasing both strategic insight and executional versatility. Profound knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, including the unique algorithms, formats, and cultures of each platform. Exceptional writing skills adaptable to various brand voices and formats, with a proven ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, social-first content. Experience in developing and implementing organic social strategies for brands. Strong conceptual abilities: capable of generating, testing, articulating, and executing ideas with a creative team. A keen sense of cultural trends and the expertise to foster brand loyalty among specific audiences over time. Comfort with in-depth research as a fundamental aspect of your writing process. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research processes, or a strong willingness to learn. Excellent project management skills: adept at managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously without losing focus. Experience with Reddit or Substack is a significant advantage, indicating a grasp of community-driven writing and long-form audience engagement. Video content creation experience is a plus, though writing and strategy take precedence.

Your Role:

We are in search of an Organic Social Marketing Manager who thrives at the convergence of creativity, execution, and data analysis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a lead strategist across a diverse portfolio of clients in health tech, enterprise software, and beyond. Your primary focus will be on the content layer: generating culturally relevant, on-brand ideas, understanding effective strategies across various channels and audience demographics, collaborating with creators and designers to bring these concepts to life, and analyzing performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
