About the Role

As an Operations Service Specialist on our Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless and precise experience for our server partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address queries and concerns from independent server partners and clients via chat, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Facilitate the successful completion of platform jobs by adhering to timelines and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, actively participating in and influencing organizational changes and improvements.
