POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to collaborate with our Global Construction & Facilities team, driving excellence in store development and facility operations. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, tools, onboarding processes, and AI-driven automation to enhance efficiency, consistency, and data-informed decision-making in real estate, design, and construction. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of the store development lifecycle (from real estate acquisition to construction and operational handoff), strategic foresight for both short- and long-term goals, and the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable programs, tools, and measurable results.
This role directly reports to the VP of Construction & Facilities and collaborates closely with Regional Construction & Facilities Directors to ensure alignment, feedback, and successful adoption across regions. It encompasses both strategic planning and operational execution, managing program roadmaps, requirements, vendor evaluations, cross-functional change initiatives, and delivering tools, integrations, and training to maximize adoption and business impact.
