Position Overview

The Operations Partner will be an integral member of Bird’s Operations Team, collaborating with the local City Operations Manager to manage and maintain our fleet of e-scooters in Dallas, TX. This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional time-management skills, and clear communication abilities. You will utilize our mobile technology to monitor, transport, rebalance, and maintain our scooters, ensuring they remain safe and accessible for riders. This is a full-time contract position.
