Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory). A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role focusing on customer service. Proven experience in pest control management. Track record of successfully training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is advantageous. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications as mandated by federal, provincial, and local regulations. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle record check.

We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in training, leading, and developing a team of service technicians. This individual will be instrumental in achieving sales and revenue targets, enhancing client loyalty and retention while ensuring our team delivers exceptional service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of pest control technicians to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
  • Providing guidance to staff in all operational aspects, service delivery, and client care.
  • Managing financial performance, focusing on revenue growth and cost control.
  • Conducting regular visits throughout the territory to engage with clients, support pest technicians, and collaborate closely with the sales team on business development.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends as necessary.
  • Submitting regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Monitoring and optimizing scheduled appointments for efficiency, field routing, client quality control audits, and account management.
