The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Manager (Product) to join the core of Nevis’s Product teams. In this pivotal role, you will transform operational insights into scalable, data-driven strategies that shape the future of our AI-first wealth management platform.
Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Leadership, you will tackle intricate business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and establish the operational framework for our key product initiatives. Your contributions will be vital in launching new features and markets, analyzing performance, and crafting go-to-market strategies as Nevis expands.
You will excel in this role if you thrive at the intersection of product development, data analytics, and business strategy, and enjoy solving ambiguous problems with precision and structured thinking.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define and implement operational strategies that facilitate product success.
Examine key product, user, and financial metrics to identify inefficiencies and discover new growth avenues.
Convert insights into actionable plans that enhance customer experience, scalability, and profitability.
Lead and execute impactful, cross-functional projects spanning product development, AI, and operations.
Contribute to defining product strategy and go-to-market approaches for new features and verticals.
Develop scalable processes and frameworks to monitor product performance and operational effectiveness.
Act as a liaison between product development and business execution, ensuring cohesive team alignment.
Utilize SQL, Python, or other analytical tools to inform data-driven decision-making.
Who You Are
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, product strategy, consulting, or data-driven roles.
