Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will collaborate daily with developers, designers, and external development partners.Continuous Discovery ResponsibilitiesLead the discovery cadence for digital products, including customer interviews, testing assumptions, and mapping opportunities.Develop and maintain Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) for each product to highlight the most valuable problems to tackle.Design and execute lightweight experiments (such as prototype tests, A/B tests, and concierge tests) to validate solutions prior to development.Transform qualitative and quantitative signals into clear, evidence-based product decisions.Promote a culture of continuous discovery across the team.Product Strategy & PrioritizationConvert the digital north stars into quarterly outcome targets and a prioritized product backlog.Collaborate with the Head of Digital to ensure a coherent product roadmap aligned with the KPI framework.Balance discovery initiatives with delivery, ensuring the team consistently has a clear, validated queue of projects to develop.Delivery & Stakeholder ManagementOwn the sprint backlog by creating clear and concise tickets for the development team.Communicate product progress, risks, and decisions to the Head of Digital and other stakeholders within the organization.Manage interdependencies between various digital products.AI-Enhanced Working MethodsLeverage AI tools to expedite research synthesis, ticket creation, and reporting.Develop reusable prompt patterns and workflows for recurring Product Management tasks.Minimize manual administrative tasks within the product function.Success MetricsEstablish a continuous discovery cadence within 90 days, incorporating regular interviews, live OSTs, and a validated experiment backlog.Ensure the team has a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap that is understood and trusted by the wider business.Base product decisions on customer evidence rather than assumptions.Decrease dependency on the Head of Digital for daily product prioritization.Ensure digital products are measurably progressing toward their north star outcomes.Foster strong working relationships with development partners and the internal team.We are dedicated to building a team that reflects diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and we strongly encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
