We are in search of a seasoned and detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage and enhance the operational performance of Mellon’s electronic payments acceptance initiatives. This includes overseeing the delivery of EFTPOS, software applications, support, maintenance services, and value-added services (VAS) to our clients both in Greece and internationally.
In this pivotal role, you will facilitate smooth collaboration across all Business Lines (Service, Call Center, Software Development) and internal functions (Finance, IT, Legal, HR), driving operational excellence through data-informed decision-making, rigorous process discipline, and ongoing improvement.
Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing operational frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOP) that support the launch of new products and services for our clients—such as Acquirers, NSPs, and Merchants—or in partnership with third-party providers who offer complementary services to our clientele.
This role is suited for a senior professional who thrives in structured environments, possesses strong alignment-building capabilities across teams, and combines analytical acumen with exceptional execution skills.
