The Role:
The Operations Lead is an essential member of our store leadership team, possessing a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a flawless customer experience. With expertise in data-driven decision-making, the Operations Lead champions retail inventory management, proactively addressing challenges and removing obstacles. This role establishes the benchmark for operational excellence, enhancing profitability through effective back-of-house (BOH) organization and precise execution of all inventory-related duties. With a focus on inventory accuracy and innovative sell-through strategies, the Operations Lead ensures the store operates at peak performance.

Customer Engagement:
- STACK: Exemplify and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by effectively communicating, training, and enforcing Mejuri’s Steps of Selling among the team.
- STACK Leadership: Drive your performance and that of your team to maximize results and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Services: Ensure a positive customer experience while promoting service offerings, including piercing and engraving.
- KPIs: Focus on metrics within the Stack Leadership Segment: Conversion Rate (CVR) and Revenue.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Inventory: Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain exceptional inventory standards, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of inventory tasks.
