The position involves close work with Strategic Event Managers to turn operational plans into effective onsite action. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in live event operations, confident leading teams, maintaining standards, and stepping in during challenging situations. What you will do Onsite leadership and execution Direct onsite execution for medium to large-scale events Serve as the main operational point of contact during live events Keep all event operations running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule Team management (onsite staff) Oversee and coordinate onsite staff, including coordinators, temporary workers, and suppliers Clarify and communicate roles and responsibilities to all team members Location This position is based in London.
