About the Role
As an Operations Lead, based in New York, NY, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of our Records Retrieval Team. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing the team from the ground up—encompassing hiring, training, process design, and performance management. We seek a proactive individual capable of thriving in an autonomous environment, with a vision for both immediate and long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs for records personnel.
Establish and monitor performance metrics for the Records Team, both collectively and individually.
Reorganize internal structures to enhance efficiency and recognize high achievers.
Design and implement daily operational processes and SOPs for the Records Team.
Assess internal capacity and margin limitations to align with new customer demands and volume increases.
Create operational enhancements (Dashboards, Zapiers, Retool, etc.) to improve tracking and visibility.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new internal tools that optimize record retrieval operations.
Who You Are
You are an exceptional operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and innovate.
