During your shift, you will oversee the performance and daily operations of the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams, driving the success of the team through effective coaching and motivation, all while focusing on enhancing the customer experience for each order. And if you enjoy snacks, that’s a bonus!Key Responsibilities:- Manage order packing and inbound inventory during low volume/minimal staffing periods.- Complete Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) during low volume/minimal staffing periods.- Support the associate team in maintaining workflow during shift coverage gaps, utilizing carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment as needed.- Direct and coordinate all associate activities throughout your shift.- Promptly escalate any site-related issues to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, and Live Monitoring for resolution.- Ensure completion of opening and closing checklists for the Operations Associate team.- Oversee the execution of all facility operations and delivery processes during your shift, ensuring subsequent shifts are set up for success.- Develop and train new associates in the site and kitchen (when Site Leadership is unavailable).- Facilitate manual intervention of driver routing and dispatching.- Conduct shelf move activities for reorganization and backstock purposes.- Implement all site-specific projects or initiatives, including but not limited to audit counts, new hire onboarding, food safety, and cleanliness audits.- Conduct damage and expiry process audits and assist in meeting performance objectives related to site labor management, order volume, packing times, mispack rates, inventory accuracy, and identifying bottlenecks.- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for defects during your shift.
