This Role

We are seeking an Operations Generalist to manage and optimize the systems that keep Krea thriving. This is a multifaceted role encompassing partnerships, vendor relations, recruitment, people operations, compliance, and legal matters. You will identify areas for improvement, implement effective systems, and ensure their sustainability. If it's operationally necessary at Krea, you'll take the lead on it!

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Vendors

  • Lead negotiations with GPU and cloud service providers, overseeing credits, capacity, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage relationships with key API and third-party service providers from onboarding to incident management.
  • Stay abreast of the creative AI landscape, identifying potential partnership opportunities.
  • Drive partnerships from initial discussions to integration and launch, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Recruiting & People

  • Establish and oversee the recruitment pipeline, including sourcing, interview processes, and candidate experiences.
  • Enhance Krea's workplace culture by organizing recruiting events and team-building activities.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.

Process & Operations

  • Set up and maintain the company's operating rhythm.
  • Explore new office locations in San Francisco and future expansion areas.

Legal & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
