Education and ExperienceA minimum of a Diploma in Logistics or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in the Logistics sector, especially in customer service for sea and air freight. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and client-oriented approach. Able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Demonstrated integrity and a strong commitment to excellence. Solid understanding of import/export documentation procedures with a keen interest in ongoing learning. Excellent customer service and administrative skills. A reliable team player who can also work independently.

About the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships through efficient coordination of all operational and customer service activities.

  • Work closely with the Customer Service team, Operations Manager, and Sales teams to ensure client projects are executed within agreed timelines.

  • Immediately inform the Operations/Customer Service Manager and Sales team of any client requests.

  • Engage with customers professionally, ensuring timely updates on shipment operational status.

  • Address customer inquiries and collaborate with the Manager and Operations/Sales teams to swiftly investigate and resolve any complaints or issues.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for easy access to information as needed.

  • Ensure that all records for general forwarding tasks are updated promptly and that job invoices are processed and sent out on time.

  • Adhere to the Customer Service Standards Guide and Company Service Delivery procedures related to customer service, operations, and invoicing.

  • Proactively gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the Customer Service Manager and QA.

  • Communicate effectively with agents and clients regarding operational requests and issues.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
