Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships through efficient coordination of all operational and customer service activities.
Work closely with the Customer Service team, Operations Manager, and Sales teams to ensure client projects are executed within agreed timelines.
Immediately inform the Operations/Customer Service Manager and Sales team of any client requests.
Engage with customers professionally, ensuring timely updates on shipment operational status.
Address customer inquiries and collaborate with the Manager and Operations/Sales teams to swiftly investigate and resolve any complaints or issues.
Maintain accurate documentation for easy access to information as needed.
Ensure that all records for general forwarding tasks are updated promptly and that job invoices are processed and sent out on time.
Adhere to the Customer Service Standards Guide and Company Service Delivery procedures related to customer service, operations, and invoicing.
Proactively gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the Customer Service Manager and QA.
Communicate effectively with agents and clients regarding operational requests and issues.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
