About the Role:

  • As an Operations Executive, you will be pivotal in client coordination, service scheduling, data validation, financial management, and contract follow-ups. Your role will emphasize efficient material consumption analysis while collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effectively with clients to fulfill their service requirements.
  • Optimize service scheduling for efficient resource management.
  • Create and execute service plans for maximum effectiveness.
  • Perform data validation and generate reports.
  • Delegate tasks to the service team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage billing processes and submit invoices to clients.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, service contracts, and legal agreements.
  • Handle contract renewals and follow-ups.
  • Oversee team attendance management.
  • Maintain petty cash records.
  • Ensure vehicle usage and maintenance are efficient.
  • Manage service center maintenance.
  • Analyze material consumption to enhance cost efficiency.
