In this role, you will tackle a variety of operational tasks such as picking, packing, and receiving products within our site and kitchen (if applicable), all while collaborating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for customer delivery
- Receive and unpack inventory from vendors, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders
- Manage inventory and handle the re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility
- Control waste and spoilage by adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and move products throughout the facility
- Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement
- Work with products that may include tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Occasionally work in freezer locations during shifts
- Navigate several flights of stairs as needed throughout the day
- Prepare quality food and beverage items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure the accuracy of food and beverage orders for delivery
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines diligently
- Organize and manage kitchen facility standards while minimizing waste
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff
