About the Role 
Location: Madrid, Spain

Onboarding is a critical aspect of customer success, and at Bigblue, it transcends basic checklists. This role involves complex project management across warehouse, technology, and sales teams, guiding customers from the moment they sign up to their first successful shipments.

As the Onboarding Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure satisfaction during this vital phase for Bigblue’s key Spanish accounts, working in a hands-on and operational capacity.
