Your role will encompass:

- Traveling daily to assigned facilities from your home.
- Conducting initial evaluations, ongoing therapy services, and cognitive assessments.
- Documenting the necessity and extent of services for each patient.
- Building and nurturing constructive professional relationships with client facilities, patients, and their families.
