What You Bring:License: A current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics and a minimum of 5 years in nursing leadership. Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. Certifications: Current ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications are required; Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) certification is preferred. Passion: A strong passion for team-building, patient-centered care, and operational excellence.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $225,000 + Bonus + $25,000 Signing Bonus + Paid Relocation

We invite you to join us as a Nurse Director to shape the strategic vision and operational excellence across two hospitals in the Central Valley area. In this vital role, you will lead high-performing teams, enhance service programs, and positively impact the lives of families from pregnancy through childhood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Establish and drive the strategic vision for maternal and pediatric services across two hospital facilities.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and cultivate high-performing nursing teams in Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Women's Services, creating an environment of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with hospital leadership, physicians, and community partners to develop service lines and broaden patient care access.
  • Program Development: Create and implement innovative programs that support families during their journey from pregnancy through childhood.
  • Operational & Financial Oversight: Oversee financial and operational performance to ensure high-quality care while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Advocate for evidence-based care and champion innovative delivery models.
